Trick or Treat! It's a last minute Halloween update for California Strip Poker, featuring new costume outfits for Denise  and Sandra.

These are bare-bones outfits with a small number of poses. I really wanted to do more, including a couple more costumes for the other ladies, but just didn't have the time. They may get fleshed out later depending on feedback.

Also, the csp.jar file now comes packaged with each release by default for people who were having trouble with the .exe file.
