Happy St Patrick's day!

Here's a sneak preview of Leah in her green bathing suit. She'll be available to play on the beach in the next update, along with a few other things.

There is also an updated render toolkit available right now, with an easy-render setup for the beach location. No beach assets needed, very fast render times, and it looks pretty good.
